UPDATE YOUR PROFILE
You can directly impact a current student’s life. Give back to your medical school by sharing your expertise and time with a fourth year student.
HOST, Help Our Students Travel, is a program that allows you to interact with students as they interview residency programs around the nation. We would be most grateful, and the students, most appreciative, if you would welcome a student to your area. You can volunteer to simply be contacted to discuss your region or your specialty, take them out for a meal, pick them up at the airport, or open your home to them.
Steven Graham, MD, PhD, from the class of 1984, welcomed David Fetzer into his home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. David had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Graham and the hospitality that he and his wife provided. Not only did David’s expenses go down, but his anxiety level of all that is entailed with applying for residency programs lessened. David will spend his first year at UT Houston and will complete his Diagnostic Radiology Training at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
